Say One Word, Allah Stops Laziness

My brothers and sisters tonight’s dua many of us do not know what it means and when it should be said Abu Musa al ashari (Ra) and hadith in bukhari He said i was walking & saying
لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ
لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ
Rasulullah صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ came to me and said should i guide you to a treasure from the treasures of jannah. He said yes ya Rasulullah, He said
لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ

is the treasure in jannah, The ulama said the reward that treasure is hidden for the one who says it in this dunya, What does it mean?
let Ibn Masud (Ra) explain to us, what does لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ
he said there’s no way you can stop disobeying Allah.
